Returns

We accept returns on both defective and non‑defective items. All products must be returned in new, unused condition.

Items may be returned within 90 days of delivery.

Exchanges are available for eligible items within the same 90‑day period.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
